All rooms are modernly furnished and feature a 43-inch smart TV. Outlets located right next to the beds ensure that cell phones and other devices can be conveniently charged. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. Amenities include a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, three refrigerators, a freezer, as well as dishes, silverware, and all essential kitchen utensils.

For longer stays, there are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers available. Free parking is available right at the property. Weekly cleaning and fresh towels are included in the price. The beds are made with fresh linens every 14 days.

This is a non-smoking apartment! Smoking is, of course, permitted on the two balconies.
