Our newly renovated fitter's room apartment in Warburg offers a pleasant stay on approx. 44 m² - ideal for workers and travelers. The apartment is located on the first floor and is designed for up to three people.
The main room (2 single beds) is spacious and equipped with a Smart TV and free WiFi. A connecting room, which can also be used as a second bedroom (1 single bed), leads to the bathroom. This has a shower, washbasin and WC.
There is also a washing machine for you to use free of charge.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your daily needs: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as all important kitchen utensils
There is a comfortable bench in front of the apartment - ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.
A sufficient number ofparking spaces are available free of charge directly on the street.
The apartment is cleaned weekly. Towels are changed weekly and bed linen is changed every 14 days.
Smoking is only permitted outside the apartment in front of the entrance door.
Pets are not allowed.
Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached quickly.
