Description
The Monteurzimmer apartment in Olsberg is a comfortable accommodation on the 3rd floor with elevator for up to six people. With a generous living space of approx. 140 m², the apartment has two single rooms and two double rooms with single beds.
The communal kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all important kitchen utensils, so that you can easily cater for yourself.
In the communal area you will find a large dining table, ideal for shared meals.
The apartment also has a shared bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) and an additional WC. The rooms are equipped with security locks and you can look forward to entertainment with a 32-inch TV in every room.
WLAN is also included.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for you to use free of charge.
Cleaning and towels are changed weekly and fresh bed linen is provided every 14 days.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
There is free parking directly in front of the house and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.
This accommodation is ideal for fitters or groups looking for a pleasant and practical place to stay in the center of Olsberg.
