Description
Our house has two apartments for fitters and is located in the north of Oelde on the street "Zum Sundern".
The apartment for 4 persons is on the 1st floor and has approx. 60 m². There are 2 double rooms with single beds. There is a spacious terrace on the first floor, which can also be used by guests.
All rooms are equipped with security cylinders and a 32 inch HD flat screen TV .
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster), dining room and bathroom with WC and shower are available for shared use.
Fast WLAN is of course included!
Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted in the house, but guests from both apartments are allowed to smoke on the terrace!
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is done every week. The fitters also receive fresh towels every week, the bed linen is changed every 14 days.
Free use: 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers are available to our guests in the basement.
Parking is available directly at the house.
