Non-smoking apartment, but smoking facilities are available outside the apartment!

Each room is equipped with a security lock and a 32 inch HD flat screen TV.
Weekly cleaning and towel change, change of bed linen every 2 weeks

Bathroom: large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin
Our guests can use thewashing machine and tumble dryer free of charge.
Free public parking spaces (parking disk on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm, parking duration 2 hours) are located directly at the house, unlimited parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pizzeria, snack bar, bank, pharmacy etc.)
